So you’re basically just making a carob almond butter…. Instead of a hazelnut nut spread….also note carob has its own sweetness so I’ll be holding off on the honey until I taste the almond butter/ carob mixture

I'm sorry but this tastes NOTHING like white chocolate. :( I'd bet $$$$ if you did a blind taste test with 100 people, 100 people would also never guess this was white chocolate. It's taste like health food. LOL

This is old, but just found you. I love that you do high raw but not hippy new age about using honey.

Honey is not necessarily the best ecologically speaking as a sweetener. Some poor bees are given white sugar to eat instead of their honey because the beekeeper has stolen it for chocolate. An ecologically fair trade cane sugar could be considered as an alternative.

im really confused in terms of what you can and cannot add into choco for flavor for ex. Vanilla, extract is water based, how does this not cause cause problems? and what type did you use here because all I heard was Vanilla.
